Introducing Ultimate EDGE from EDGE Document Solutions. This exciting new 2010 combination of the Accountant’s and Paymaster’s EDGE programs provides the most comprehensive feature set for producing mission critical financial documents while requiring even less time to do it!

Direct image links to archival storage systems (optional feature)
Automated image creation of all EDGE created documents
Printing of customized, PO’s directly from web-based files
Electronic PO Delivery with Email Direct

These new additions combined with the feature rich Accountant’s EDGE package enables the user to save even more in document delivery costs. For those user’s printing, folding and mailing documents, EDGE’s self mailer product enables a 75% reduction in production processing time! The new Zip Print option allows current EDGE users upgrading to UE to automate their print process and save even more time. And, printing directly from the XLM files can reduce the entire process to a single step function.

Want to send purchase orders electronically to suppliers? The Email Direct function allows PO’s to be delivered as a direct correspondence while still allowing printed copies for internal distribution, i.e. sorting by PO number, User department, etc.

All files produced by Ultimate EDGE are automatically imaged, available for transfer to archival storage systems in readily retrievable format, indexed to meet the users need. Even if you’re not using an archival service currently, images may still be stored locally for subsequent retrieval in a universally recognized format (pdf).

And to top it off, Ultimate EDGE offers a broad selection of new document templates and print fonts to enhance the appearance of all documents created by the Accountant’s EDGE. Variable size message and overflow areas are included in the basic design to assure the complete presentation of each document’s content. For your convenience, reprints can be made from up to fifty prior print runs.
